Sauvignon Blanc / Fume Blanc

 

Dry wines blended in the traditional white Bordeaux style and aged in oak. They usually display a strong fruity flavor followed by a clean, crisp finish with a nuance reminiscent of sweet grass.

Burgundy

Wine produced from the Pinot Noir grape, yielding a supple, rich wine of varied complexity and a deeper color. Cote de Nuits is more robust and complex with a floral character and a perfume-likebouquet. Cote de Beaune is richer in fruit, largely reminiscent of strawberry and raspberry, and is lighter in style.
